Firstly, as I am sure you know, Stephanie is a wonderful asset to your company. From my first phone call I knew she understood the exact detail that I needed done for our residenĕal properĕes. I expect someone to be professional but she went out of her way to be extraordinarily pleasant. She obviously, has a very good grasp of your customer’s needs. There were some unique circumstances regarding one of the surveys and Stephanie was non‐pulsed as we worked out the details. Above all, it was a rare pleasure to discuss pricing as I found your company was more than willing to work with me.

Secondly, my hat goes off to Alex, who was the gentleman who came on site. One of our properĕes was a bit of a bear to do a survey. It was rather extensive and required a few days of work to complete. It is refreshing to see someone in this day and age who really enjoys what he does for a living. Alex was unobtrusive, expedient, and precise in his work even though he had to walk up and down hills and around trees and brush on hot summer days. He literally never broke a sweat or his stride. On site, I appreciated his input and in turn he appreciated my need for aĥenĕon to detail. Nowadays, we o├en accept mediocre service as the norm. In this case, it is great to know that your staff sĕll takes pride in their work. I look forward to using your services in the future.

The surveyor arrived early, before the appointed time and started to work immediately. We have a wooded area on our property and existing survey markers in the difficult areas were found/confirmed and clearly identified by the surveyor. We have trees near our property line so this was very important to us. The survey outlines boundary line tree/shrub locations.

During the survey the surveyor was very responsive to questions about the process and gave clear/detailed explanations. He was very professional and had good communication skills. He guided me to each clearly identified marker in the wooded areas. The completed survey document2s (6 copies) were mailed within a weeks time. I had contacted several surveyors in the immediate area/close by our home.

Lakeland was the most responsive and informative with respect to my initial contact with office staff. My experience with the Lakeland office and surveyor was such that I can recommend them without qualification.
